At www.pedagog.com we are an international business with licenses in 31 countries, 106 patents, operating in the broadcasting of live personal video content.Addressing both need-to-have and nice-to-have markets, there are a number of applications for our IRIS technology. We do two things well:

(i) Transmit LIVE video mobile networks
(ii) Monetize the watching of rich contet over the mobile network

The most immediate applicaiton is in-home security, IRIS 1.0 (www.iris.tv), where for the first time consumers are able to put in place a low-cost user-friendly system to monitor their home, from any location. We supply 2g and 3g cameras internationally and have done so since 1998 (www.3rdisecure.tv)


There are already signs that IRIS 1.0 cameras will be used in a variety of ‘infotainment’ situations and locations - whether this is to provide information, such as traffic and weather, or entertainment, such as a live video images from nightclubs, tourist spots, and sport events. Commensurate with Pedagog’s vision of developing a worldwide ‘Videocommunity’ (www.videocommunity.tv) – as ubiquitous as the internet community - has been the rapid rise in recent years of the social networking and video blogging phenomenon. Pedagog’s ability to broadcast live personal video content simultaneously to many mobiles has put the company at the forefront of the Web 2.0 revolution; the Company believes this represents an area of significant growth.

As IRIS 2.0, our Social Media proposition focuses on brands with loyal followers and content to share (http://www.videocommunity.tv/bmsn_1.html. With ability to "push" content the fan base, we monetize the watching of video (live and clips), messaging, voting, betting, interacting, mechandising, etc. We already have several significant customers in this sector and have recently set up Ethical Social Network CIC to address a niche market.
